How are the tools disinfected & work stations sanitized?
We disinfect our tools and sanitize our work stations between each client.
Our tools are washed with soap & water, then immersed in disinfectant solution for the required time.
Our pedicure stations are washed with soap and water, sprayed with surface disinfectant, and then wiped dry.
Our work stations are sprayed with surface disinfectant and wiped dry between each client.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, E-transfer, Apple Pay, and Cash as payment methods, however, we only accept tips in cash.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer both physical gift cards and E-gift cards. Physical cards can be purchased in-store and E-gift cards can be purchased online.
What are your rescheduling & cancellation policies?
All appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance online without penalty.
Most appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours over the phone without penalty.
Lash set appointments, group bookings, bookings over $100, and packages can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking these appointments, and will be non-refundable if the appointments are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
Please be considerate of our time and avoid same-day/last-minute rescheduling & cancelling, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.
What happens if I don't show up to my appointment, or if I frequently reschedule/cancel last-minute?
If your miss your appointment without letting us know, you will be charged 25% of the appointment before you can make future appointments. You will also lose online booking privileges for the next appointment.
If you reschedule/cancel last-minute 2 times in a row without reason, you will be asked to prepay a non-refundable 50% for your next 2 appointments. You will also lose online booking privileges for the next 2 appointments.
I am not satisfied with the results of my service. Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied with the results of your services, please let us know. We will address your concerns, and fix the problem. There are no refunds on services, products, or gift certificates.
